The Customer- Ryan Chen
As an Chinese-Malaysia engineer, Mr. Ryan Chen has over ten years experiences at many areas, and start from 2007 he paid his attention on the fishing, but as a freshmen in this area, we spend 2-3 months to help him get some basic knowledge and to confirm his project proposal, there were 3 proposals made but choose the tilapia species one, with 100m3/hr RAS to support 200 m3 waters combined by 8 sets of Dia.5.4m* H1.4m RTM-Tech FRP Tanks.
Since from Nov, 2017, the farm works very well until today.

About RTM FRP Tanks
RTM-Resin Transfer Mould Technology is a kind of advanced technology which most used in making the high class products like the body and accessories of the space ship, high speed train, car, medical equipments and the like that totally DIFFERENT from the traditional old way.
In the traditional, the FRP products in the markets is made by the traditional way that use the poison glue stick on layer by layer FRP clothes and then making the surface treatment, this kind of the products is fragile, lots of bubbles and the surface is easy destroyed, and then the poison glue and fibers would do harm and even make the species to die, big potential RISK to the species.
By the RTM technology, it's materials is the core ones like the other plastic, heating melted and injected into the vaccum mould while another end make suction, when it's fully filled take pressure at the both ends make the liquid is fully and tightly filled, and then cooling down to make the shape. When it's the whole piece came out, make up the bad points after test. And the whole piece is tough and smoothly surface. It has a certain toughness that available distortion within a certain range, suitable for handling and assembly.
NO GLUE & FIBER at all, totally environment friendly and safe for the species.
1/2-1/3 of the traditional ones thickness but offer 8 times toughness and 20 times life time long to 50 years.
