Sphagnum moss processing generally need three stages:

1.Dehydrator: put fresh Sphagnum moss into dehydration machine, most of water will be lost;

2.Dryer: use conveyor to transport dehydrated materials into mesh belt dryer, after dried the moisture will at 24%;

3.Baler: press the dried Sphagnum moss into 5kg blocks or 10kg blocks.

The working principle of sphagnum moss dehydrator

The sphagnum moss dehydrator utilize the hot air produced by the heat furnace as the drying medium. Through the hot air distribution unit, the hot air is transported to the mesh belt.

The hot air volume, mesh belt running speed, temperature and humidity can be adjusted by the electric control system, to ensure the continuous and automatic operation.
