It is an alignment machine of a cap.
We are manufacturing two kinds, a rotary type and a ladder type.
Usually, compared with the oscillating type often used, ours excels in silence, and the speed is also advantageous.
We have experiences in supplying of a machine part or food besides a cap.
The parts where come to contact with a cap will be cleaned up with electrolytic polishing.

1.Made-to-order. We undertake the design, cutting, forming, and joining for our manufactured parts in-house.

2.We use materials made in Japan. If necessary, we will include the Mill Test inspection certificate, Positive Material Identification, and Nondestructive testing (NDT).

3.We check the form of a cap and perform the optimal machine selection and a machine design.
