1. Equipment composition

2.1 Overview of regenerative burner technology and control system

2.2 Combustion principle
  According to the characteristics of periodic industrial furnaces, regenerative combustion technology is specifically aimed at heating furnaces, and single regenerative combustion technology with gas non-regenerative commutation and air regenerative commutation is adopted.
  The operation and control of combustion technology are the same as those of ordinary burners, which can realize automatic ignition and flame detection and realize various control requirements. At the same time, the full-temperature section commutation is realized, and the maximum recovery of heat energy is realized.
   Controlling the furnace pressure in a slightly positive state by means of air and gas proportional pulses can completely meet the furnace pressure control problem of small industrial furnaces. Prolonging the service life of the oven door and the oven door frame.
2.3 Technical characteristics of continuous regenerative combustion.

2.5 Combustion control system

Xiamen Yucheng intelligent temperature controller, high temperature platinum rhodium thermocouple, gas solenoid valve and so on constitute the combustion temperature automatic control part. at the same time, it also has various interlocking alarm functions.
3)Temperature control part
The temperature control of this control system is completely set manually and automatically controlled.
4)Combustion - supporting smoke exhaust system
  The combustion-supporting smoke exhaust system consists of a combustion-supporting fan, an exhaust fan and corresponding air duct flue, reversing valves, various regulating valves and corresponding controls.
  Considering the large amount of air used in each room, in order to operate conveniently and stabilize the operating system, a set of air supply and exhaust fan is adopted in each room.
  No other flue shall be designed for the heating furnace, and the flue gas removed shall be removed from the workshop by the smoke exhaust fan through the pipeline, and the smoke exhaust temperature shall be less than 80 ℃.
5)Electronic control system
  The control system includes temperature control, ignition control and transmission mechanical control, etc.
  Temperature control: the furnace temperature measurement and control unit is composed of high-intelligence temperature control instrument, platinum-rhodium thermocouple and PLC programmable controller.
  Ignition control: after the ignition button is pressed, the ignition transformer is activated by the ignition program controller to start ignition. if the ignition fails, that is, the ultraviolet flame detection probe does not detect the flame signal, the ignition program controller will issue instructions quickly, automatically close all safety electromagnetic valves to realize flameout protection, and at the same time send audible and visual warning signals to remind the operator, press the reset button after finding out the reason, and the PLC will reissue the start instruction and repeat the ignition program.
  transmission mechanical control: its function is to control the start and stop of combustion-supporting fans, smoke exhaust fans and other faults such as motor overload for protection, and its main control devices are chint electrical products.
2.6 Safety and protection technology
  In order to ensure that there will be no safety accidents and equipment damage during the use of the furnace, our company has developed various safety assurance technologies according to the actual use situation.
1)Safety alarm of wind pressure and gas pressure. Wind pressure undervoltage protection; Compressed air under-voltage protection; High and low pressure gas pressure protection, protection and alarm at the same time.
2)Furnace temperature overtemperature alarm. Prevent mild furnace running accidents.
3)Ignition alarm. If the burner is not ignited successfully, the gas valve will be closed and re - ignited; if the ignition is not successful for three times, an audible and visual alarm will be sent out, prompting the operator to deal with it, which can avoid the explosion hazard caused by the fact that a large amount of gas / combustion air mixture is introduced into the furnace because the burner is not ignited.
4)Burner flameout alarm. Flame automatic monitoring system adopts advanced ion or ultraviolet monitoring device to prevent burner flameout in industrial furnace operation. in case of flameout, the burner will automatically turn off gas, re-ignite for three times, and if it is not ignited for three times, an audible and visual alarm will be sent out, prompting the operator to handle it, and the ignition operation can only be continued after being handled by the operator.
5)System power-down protection. The gas main pipe is provided with a safety valve, and the system loses power, and the safety valve closes rapidly, and the safety valve and gas pressure switch and wind pressure under-voltage protection are provided. Compressed air undervoltage protection interlock, thus ensuring that the system can be shut down quickly when there is a problem.
6)Automatic shutdown alarm. Gas pressure is too low; The air supply pressure is too low; Compressed air pressure is too low; When the power supply fails, the system will shut down automatically, and the system will cut off the main gas, and prompt the operator whether to conduct the operations such as gas emission and purging, hot air emission, stopping combustion-supporting fan, etc.
7)Emergency manual shutdown. Manual shutdown system is independent of control system and hardware interlock system. In special circumstances, for example, when the control system fails, the operator shall complete the shutdown function through the emergency stop key of the control cabinet.
8)Logical linkage control. To monitor the travel of all kinds of mechanical transmission devices, mainly to finish the control of fan start, pressure switch, alarm and its interlock device.

3. Structure introduction of regenerative forging heating furnace
3.1 Furnace body and lining
   Furnace body: the furnace shell skeleton is welded by steel, and the main skeleton is welded by channel steel. the thickness of steel plate is ≥ 5 mm, which ensures the sealing performance and sufficient rigidity of the furnace body.
   Lining: 10cm aluminum silicate insulation blanket, 20cm temperament insulation brick and 25cm high alumina castable.
3.2 Oven door and lifting mechanism
    The furnace door adopts steel plate welding outer frame structure, and the furnace door lining adopts zirconium-aluminum refractory fiber as the lining, which has good thermal shock resistance and prolongs the service life of the furnace door lining.
Lifting mechanism
  The oven door lifting frame is formed by assembling and welding steel plates on the platform, and the oven door lifting mechanism is installed.
  The oven door lifting mechanism adopts electric hoist to lift and fix on the side of the front end of the oven body, which is not heated and convenient to maintain. The buckle chain of the oven door is connected with the steel wire rope of the fixed hoist through the guide, which ensures that the buckle chain connected with the oven door will not fail when heated, thus making the oven door run reliably and safely. The process of ascending and descending operation must be smooth without abnormal sound.
  The seal between the oven door and the oven body adopts a self-weight guide wheel pressing structure.
3.3 Gas Pipeline
   The gas pipe of the furnace is routed after the workshop is decompressed, and the main pipe is driven to take out the gas. The two gate valves of the gas main pipe are manually operated. (the first gate valve buyer provided by the gas manager)
   A gas source safety system is set up for the gas head in the heating furnace with high and low pressure switches, voltage stabilizing devices, discharge valves, quick shut-off valves and pressure gauge grades.
   Air and gas flow rate matching, furnace gas, air flow, pressure regulation does not affect other furnace normal execution process.
  The branch pipe is equipped with a manual regulating valve.
3.4 Air Pipeline
   Design of combustion supporting fans,exhaust fans and four-way reversing pneumatic valves.The exhaust fan and combustion fan are installed on the ground. They should be easy to assemble and repair. The noise of blower and draught fan should not exceed the requirements of national environmental protection.
  The control system adjusts the air volume to ensure that the wind pressure is stable before the burner.
  The pressure switch on the combustion tube is supported. When the fan fails, the air pressure of the duct is lower than the safety pressure, and the control system protects the chain.
3.5 Air Compression

II,Technical services

    During the start-up and commissioning of the equipment, party b's technical personnel shall be responsible for the operation and training of party a's relevant personnel.
III,Quality assurance and after-sales service
  Within the warranty period of mainland China, the supplier is responsible for repairing and replacing accessories free of charge. the supplier shall give a reply within eight hours after receiving the buyer's notice on after-sales service. if the phone can't be solved, it shall be guaranteed to send personnel to the site within 48 hours, make a correct judgment on the site situation in conjunction with the buyer, make maintenance and service plans and arrangements, and repair the equipment in the shortest time to make it run again.
