2. Q: Do you provide samples testing? Is it free or extra fee paying?

A: Usually we provide you free sample for 1-2 PCS (Except for customization), the shipping cost needs to be charged.But pls don't worry, we have cooperation with express company, so the cost will be reasonable.

3. Q: Can I print my brand logo on products and cases?

A: Yes, we can do this for you.

Just send us logo info, we can make artwork picture for your confirmation.

4. Q: Do you have a MOQ?

A: Yes, different products has different MOQ. 

5. Q: How to solve if there were some problems or quality problems in destination?

A: If there were any problems, just feel free to inform us, we will help you to solve.

If any quality problems, free replacement.

6. Q: What is our delivery time?

A: Delivery times are mainly based on what you ordered.

For stock order, we can ship within 7 days. For production order, normally needs 45-60 days.

7. Q: What if I have paid for an order and was notified that the item is out of stock?

A: All items available for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified at the earliest time and rest assured that you will be offered analternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.
