A:The materials used by the company are supplied directly by the manufacturer. The iron is imported tin-plated tinplate of the first grade (food grade). All of them have been certified by professional testing institutions. You can rest assured that they can be customized for use.
Ordering Information
About materials:
1. The material of iron box can be divided into two kinds: tinplate and grinding iron. The surface of tinplate is drawing effect, the surface of grinding iron is grinding effect, and the quality is first class and second class.
2. The thickness of tinplate is generally between 0.2 mm and 0.38 mm. Material of suitable thickness can be used according to the size of the tank.
About processing:
(1) Concave and convex (concave and convex surfaces on the same plane)
(2) Embossment (concave and convex surfaces have three-dimensional sense, not on the same plane)
About Printing:
(1) Iron printing is an offset printing process using CMYK4 color. Spot color printing can also be used to achieve better results according to different product requirements.
(2) In order to better reflect the effect of special metal texture of tinplate, iron-penetrating printing process can be adopted, but the color difference between tinplate and computer display is large.
About packaging:
1. If there is no special description for cartons, print the three-proof label according to the ordinary cartons.
2. Customize cartons according to customer's requirements.
3. By default, each tin can is covered with an OPP bag to protect the product from wear and tear.
