Conveyor hot pepper/mushroon dryer/Ginger garlic yam machine is a continuous convective drying processor of which the drying of product takes place on ventilated conveyor belts. hot air is evenly blown into the dryer via the bottom air distributor. With the help of exhaust fan, the hot air penetrates the wet material on each layer of drying belt for heat transfer and take away the evaporated moisture. When wet material reaches the bottom drying belt, it is dried for discharging.

There is a primary filter fixer at the air inlet,the clean air will be blown into the drying chamber and flow towards the electrial heater.Then the heater air will be evenly distributed to each layer of trays.The hot air penetrates through the raw material via the holes punched at the tray bottom to evaporate the moisture from the raw material.Some of the miosture will be exhausted through the exhaust vent and new fresh air will be brought into supplement the circulation air.
The hot air passes through the mesh belt and the material layer from bottom to top, and is dried layer by layer to finally achieve the drying purpose. According to the different moisture in material. The air volume of draft fan, running speed of the mesh belt and the temperature inside dryer can be adjusted by air control system to achieve the best drying effect and maximize the efficiency.
