A product can be approved as suitable for V-Label Raw Vegan if is compliant to our criteria.
A product is considered raw vegan if is not manufactured using products/substances/materials of animal origin and in which, at no stage of production and processing including:
- ingredients/raw materials (including additives, carriers, flavourings and enzymes) or
-\t processing aids or
-\t substances which are used in the same way and with the same purpose as processing aids in either processed or unprocessed form that are of animal origin.
And if in their production no methods of preservation or cooking were used with temperatures lower than 1 ° C or higher than 42 ° C.
