1.How can i know the size of the wooden gift box i want ?
Answer: Just contact our sellers and show them the photos & size of your products,They can give you the exact box size
accordingly.
2.Can i do logo on the wooden gift box?
Answer:Absolutely we can do your logo on your box.Always silk printing,Foil stamping,embossed,Engraving.
3. Can you send me some of your similar samples for reference ?
Answer: We are so sorry,although all photos on our website we have sample but they are all just for showing,we never send exist
sample out,If you want sample,we can do a new one for you.
4. If i do a sample,How much & how long & Sample charge refundedable ?
Answer:We never supply free samples cause we always trust free equer to shit. Regular box,Wooden box: 7-10 days, 150 USD;Leather
box:5-7days,120 USD;Paper box:3-5days,100 USD.Plastic box:5-7 days.120 USD.Without mould openning. All charge include DHL shipping
charge.
5.If i got your sample,Sample not ok,what should i do?
Answer:If big mistake happened in the sample,we can 100% do a new one for you and pay for the express charge,If little parts not
meet your standards,We can do free pre-production sample for you,We take express charge.
6.Can i get some guarantees if i place order to you?
Answer:Both parts should do the signature & company stamp in the Invoice,If any bad products you get from us,If quantity not
much,we hope you can accept we compensate you in next time,we promise 2 times compensation in next time.If big problems in our
products we will refund you money in percent.
