ZPT420 Series is kind of double pressure type automatic rotation, continuous tablet machine. The particle pressure into a round,
irregular, it can also be lettering, dual color. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry tablet production, at the same time,
it is suitable for chemicals, food, electronic, and other industrial enterprises.
Features
• Peripheral casing is closed form which is made of all stainless steel,internal mesa adopt stainless steel material,it can keep
the surface glossy and prevent cross contamination and meet G.M.P requirement.
• Equipped with plexiglass windows that could see the whole process. Plexiglass windows all could be opened that is easy to clean
and maintain.
• All controller and operating parts are rational layout.
• It is equipped with variable frequency speed control device for electrical control convenient operation,steady running,it is
safe and accurate.
• It is equipped with overload protection device, when pressure overload,it can stop automatically.
• It is the mechanical and electrical integration has touch key and screen display.
• Equipped with semi-automatic lubricating arrangement.
• Drive system is sealed in the turbine box. With excellent heat dissipation and long life. Security Separation, avoid pollution.
