What kind of sake is it?
Gentle sweetness at the bottom of the deep transparency. Good for drinking with food.

It is characterized by a mild acidity and a fine umami taste derived from "TAMASAKAE", a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Shiga Prefecture.

Ginjo-shu is made from the highest quality rice (tamasakae, etc.), which has been polished to more than half its original size, and fermented at low temperatures for a long period of time during the winter brewing season. The resulting sake is different from other types of sake in that it has a lighter quality and a fruity aroma (ginjo aroma).
It is recommended as a higher grade sake for a meal.

Recommended way to drink
Tempura with onions, simmered flounder, tofu, green onions with sauce, etc.
