Machine functions and application

It is used for fine machining cylindrical deep hole parts such as hydraulic cylinders and gas cylinders.

It can be honed either as a whole or as a part. When honing locally, the errors of taper, ellipse and local aperture can be corrected.

The expansion and tightening of honing head is controlled by servo motor, which can not only realize constant pressure feed of honing head, but also realize constant volume infeed of honing head.

Workpiece clamping

The workpiece is placed on two sets of V-shaped workpiece brackets, and the workpiece is pressed with a pressure plate..

Machine main Structure

Machine bed body, honing box, 2 sets of workpiece bracket, honing bar support, rack and pinion structure, cooling system, Delta PLC control system, electric cabinet, etc.

CNC axis:

Z1 Axis: Longitudinal infeed motion of honing box (honing head reciprocating movement), servo motor drives rack and pinion structure through reducer.

Z2 Axis: Controlling tool expansion and contraction, servo motor drives tool expansion pin to move axially through reducer

Machine bed

The steel is welded, after two aging treatments, the internal stress is eliminated, the structure and size are stabilized, and the mechanical properties are improved.

The roller linear circular guide rail is assembled on the machine bed body for the reciprocating movement of the cutter to meet the requirement of high-speed movement in honing.

The rack is assembled in the bed body, which is used for feed transmission of cutting tools. The rack is stable after precision processing and heat treatment.

The oil pan is assembled around the bed body.

Machine features : 

The honing head expansion and tightening is under the servo control,which constant pressure expanding and tightening can be realized.

1, Honing head tightening/expanding pressure is stable. Servo motor set the tightening/expanding pressure by torque,the pressure is constantly.

2, It can inspect the workpiece inner hole automatically,which can realize partial honing,enhance the working efficiency. In the constant pressure mode, the honing head digitally displays the torque of each point in the workpiece during the honing process through the torque display table,so that we can judge the workpiece inner hole condition. The operator can first partial honing parts of the workpiece with small hole size according to the actual situation, and then througly honing when the aperture is uniform.In this way, Not only the work efficiency can be improved, but also  the cylindricity and straightness of the workpiece can be guaranteed.

3, Servo control can be controlled through CNC system panel,digital read,adjustment accuracy.

Machine mainly parameters :

1. Before shipment, every part of machine will be painted with a layer of anti-rust and water-proof oil to prevent possible erosion during transportation. 
2. A plastic cover to wrap around machine parts to enhance corrosion prevention. 
3. Export standard fumigated wood cases are measured and specially made for packing. 
4. Steel wire will be used to tighten and strengthen the packages inside container.
