Machine Details

Details Steps

Step 1

Make sure you got the blank steel plate is clean,then brush photo sensitive emulsion on the surface,do a couple times,make sure
the surface is well-coated by the photo sensitive emulsion,later,put the steel plate into the oven,or other drying equipment to
dry up the photo sensitive emulsion.

Step 2

Get ready for the exposure machine and the film，put the film on the coated emulsion steel plate with tape,then, put them onto the
exposure machine,set the time,then exposure for a couple of minutes(5-8 minutes)

Step 3

After exposure ,take off the film ,then ,there is the image of the film show on the steel plate,it might not be so clear,wash by
water,after that,the emulsion covered by the film is away,leave the in-depth image on the steel plate,brush the developing agent
on the plate,slowly.Next,prepare the etching liquid,drop the liquid on the in-depth image on the steel, etching begin,after,30-60
sec,wash again by water for the steel plate,get rid of the emulsion,then,the finished steel plate is ready!
