Products Description


“AICHI-MARU” is name of MIYA Fisheries High School’s training ship. Twice a year, students get on board training ship “AICHI-MARU” for a month. On the ship they learn seamanship and communication technology through managing a ship, then practice fishing method by pole-and-line fishing.




We used Bonito and Tuna that caught at its training, then made into “AICHI-MARU Gohan Series”. It has Japanese taste based on soy sauce. We made sweet and salty sauce into jelly, and mixed with ingredients cooked by Japanese traditional “Tsukuda-ni” manufacturing method. Combination with rice is the best. If you add green tea, it become “Ochazuke”, and it is active for rice ball or sushi roll’s ingredients too.
You can eat them without cooking.
We are FSSC22000 and ISO 22000 certified, these products are made by high quality food safety management process.




You can enjoy “Sweet and Salty” Japanese unique deliciousness easily.
It enables you to make Japanese menu very easily.

We made tuna that fished by chance into Japanese traditional food “Tsukuda-ni”, and
mixed with ginger and Shiitake mushroom, then finished to jelly by mixed with sauce based on soy sauce. Put them on various dishes, please enjoy Japanese taste easily.
