Our Half Cooked Abalone originated from Malaysia. The Abalone are all processed , packed & distributed by us. 

 

The easiest method way to cook abalone is to fry them with a little butter for two minutes on each side, or the traditional California method of shucking and breading them then pounding, slicing, sauteing and finishing with a final squeeze of lemon.

 

All of our abalone are packed individually and vacuumed packed to ensure maximum freshness of the products.
