Liulingzui Liquor Making Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Juli group, was founded in 1126 ad in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. It
has been making liquor for nearly a thousand years. It is one of the earliest birthplaces of distilled liquor in China. It is a
national key cultural relic protection unit, and has been included in the UNESCO "China world cultural heritage preparation list".
Liu Ling's drunken liquor is strictly made by using the traditional five steamer technology, through mud pit, solid state, low
temperature, long-term fermentation, slow fire distillation, quantity and quality picking, grading storage and careful brewing.
Favored by the majority of consumers, it has won the first batch of Chinese food cultural heritage and the first batch of Chinese
time-honored brands.
In 1979, 1985 and 1987, it was rated as a famous wine in Hebei Province.
In 1992, he won the special gold medal of Paris Expo.
Liu Ling was awarded the famous brand of Chinese Baijiu in 2001.
On June 27, 2005, it was approved as the first batch of Chinese food cultural heritage by the State Administration of cultural
relics.
On May 25, 2006, the State Council announced that liulingzuishaoguo site is a key cultural relic protection unit in China.
On December 19, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce of the people's Republic of China recognized Liu Lingzui as one of the first batch
of Chinese time-honored brands.
On December 15, 2006, liulingzuishaoguo site was listed as a Chinese world cultural heritage preparation list by UNESCO.
On July 4, 2007, liulingzui brewing technology was listed in the intangible cultural heritage list of Hebei Province.
On July 10, 2012, Liu Lingzui was listed as a national geographical indication protection product by the General Administration of
quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China.
