Brief Introduction & Features
The ABC downward water quench film blowing machine is used for plastic film blowing, like PP,LDPE,MLLPE. The main motor adopts the servo motor,it can be more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.And die head has high precision to ensures the film thickness error is small.Water ring material is stainless steel,the function of downward blowing and water cooling ensure the excellent transparency of the film.And hot drying device enables the film surface to be dry enough,which is good for the conrona treatment.The extruder has a high output and good plastifying effect.It is widely used for producing the packing bags for foodstuff,clothing and etc.
Barrel screw is customized in Zhoushan Screw Manufacturer. The design with functions of sections separation + high barrier + full
mixing.
Self - made mandrel spiral flow upward blowing HDPE die head. Four axis CNC machining center by ourselves, high precision ,
interchangeability and ensures the film thickness error is small. The Die head 3 zones are controlled by automatic heating.
Special-making aluminum double vent air ring, high precision, low obstruction and ensure the air flow uniformity and stability,high output but also high transparency and low thickness tolerance.
Main fan power 2.2KW, with frequency speed control to improve its using life.

A4: We accept orders for at least 1 set of machine for each series of equipment. For other accessories, please contact our customer service.
Q5: What payment term do you accept?
A5: For new customer, we support you to pay from the Alibaba International Station platform, which is more secure and guaranteed for new customers. Our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery. For big amount, we support L/C at sight with reliable issue bank. If your country does not have these payment methods or you need other payment methods, please contact us.
Q6: What about warranty and do the engineers available to overseas?
A6: Each equipment has One year warranty. During this period, if the machine has some problems, our engineers can go abroad to fix for you(reliable period)or do video teaching .
