Product Description
The casting unit is a new type of equipment developed by our company, mainly composed of a small casting machine. Its working principle is: the material flows from the hopper into the plasticizing and extruding through the extruding device into a casting state, and then comes out from the host through the die, and is calendered by a two-roll calender.

All operating will be done on the PLC interface, such as set temperature for each zone, adjust the screw speed, traction speed and
winding speed, start/stop heating, start/stop screw rotate,winding, blowing and so on. It's very easy for operation the machine.
The diameter of blow film die is 25mm.
The max fold width for film can be adjust from 60mm to 200mm. Film thickness can be adjust 0.02-0.2mm
The cooled plastic film is mechanically wound into a roll.
