2:This machine adopts frame structure design, high strength bolt connection, the whole rigidity is good, the deformation is small.
3:The equipment beam fixed, the work by the feeding mechanism into the work table can be replaced.Ensure that the flatness of the working surface is within ±0.03mm.
4:This equipment adopts carbon tool steel worktable, after quenching the strength of HRC55 above.So the table wear is very small and can be changed, prolong the service life of the equipment.
5:The equipment has a 5.6KW high-power servo motor, and 4 cutting knives are installed on the tool rest body at the same time. The maximum cutting depth is 1mm, with higher efficiency and faster return speed.
