Q:  How long is the delivery time?

A:  It depends. If there is stock and the delivery time is 5-15 days; if no inventory, it will take 15-30 working days from receipt of payment. But if bigger order, please check us further.

Q:  How long is the warranty period?

A:  12 months or 2000 hours for frame,pump,controller,motor, battery and changer with right operation (first come first count). Easy-broken item is not in our responsibility, like wheel,bearing,carbonbrush, friction disk,ignition switch,wire,plastic parts etc.

Q:  Can you customize the product?

A:  Yes, you can add logo on your products! We provide OEM/ODM service.
