Multi Filter Chamber Dust Filter -- Brief Introduction
PPCS type dust filter
Widely used in cement plant crushing, packaging, storage, clinker cooling machine and a variety of mills and other dust collection system. It is also suitable for dust collection of gas with high dust concentration. In addition to the cement industry, but also suitable for metallurgy, chemical, machinery and civil boiler waste gas dust collection.
The material of filter bag of this series of dust collector is generally made of polyester needled felt. The continuous use temperature is allowed to be less than 120℃. If the temperature increases, other filter materials should be used, or cooling measures should be taken before the waste gas enters the dust collector.
The dust collection efficiency can reach more than 99.9%, the water content of the purified gas dust concentration is less than 20mg/m (standard).
