Summary:

Thailand Vertical Hydraulic Guillotine Rubber Bale Cutter is used in cutting natural rubber/synthetic rubber blocks into smaller pieces for secondary refining.According to the width of the cutters, there are 2 different sizes of guillotine hydraulic rubber cutting machines, which with the cutter of 660mm width and the other 1000mm. These 2 types of rubber cutting machines are in different sizes, but same construction.

 

Working principle:

 
Thailand Vertical Hydraulic Guillotine Rubber Bale Cutter consists of a rack, a cutter, a hydro-cylinder, and the hydraulic system. During operation, the rubber block is put under the cutter, then it will be cut into 2 pieces by the cutter which is moving down by the pressure from the hydraulic cylinder.
