Brief Introduction
INTRODUCTION
Based on the mature electric control reversing concrete pump, HAMAC has developed the full hydraulic control concrete pump with excellent performance by our experienced engineers who are in this field many years.HG series manual concrete placing boom of 12m, 15m and 18m, is a new product of our company produced for enlarging the range of concrete pouring and increasing the mechanization level of pumping operation. It connects to concrete delivery pump as corollary equipment, which enlarges the pumping range of concrete, effectively solves the hard problem of material distributing in wall pouring, and plays an important role in improving operating efficiency and reducing labor intensity. This distributing boom is reasonably designed, with stable and reliable structure, and its all direction and boom-type distributing structure makes it possible for the whole machine to be easy to operate manually and flexibly turned. The crane body is of appropriate height; and distributing direction can be easily changed by just pulling the rope, featuring character of high efficiency and energy saving, as well as being economical and practical, etc.
PERFORMANCE
1) The placing boom has a R-shaped boom assembly with three foldable sections, wich can swing through 360 degrees while luffing, folding/unfolding, thus allowing it to place concrete to form walls, pipes , columns , piles and other vertical structures without confined placement areas.
2) The boom assembly's luffing, folding/unfolding and swinging are carried out hydraulically with buttons.
3) Featuring compact structure, the placing boom can be lifted and transferred to any suitable places for concrete placement , such as floors , platforms , simply-structured racks or even trailers. It does not need to be fixed while working. In addition, it can be lifted off the placement sites when it is not needed , which leads to no disturbance to other jobs and easy maintenance.
