Cake gel is made from sorbitol(E420), glyceryl monostearate(E471), propylene glycol(E1520), it is semi-transparent paste, used for product the cake.

The sealing preservation period is 12  months, package in 10 kgs drums. 20 GP FCL quantity: 12 MT without pallets / 8 MT
