This WASTE PLASTIC PE PP FILM/BAGS RECYCLING MACHINE is designed and manufactured by BOXIN MACHINERY, which is widely used for waste plastic PE/LDPE/LLDPE film, PP woven bag, PP Jumbo bag, Agricultural films, etc.
The waste dirty material go through crushing, friction washing, washing, dewatering, hot air drying process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing. PE PP plastic films/bags recycling machine is designed and manufactured by BOXIN MACHINERY. We also supply plastic pelletizing line (plastic granulator) to make the clean flakes into pellets (granules). The renewable pellets (granules) can be made into plastic barrel, plastic pipe, plastic frame, farm implement, machine components, and so on through extruding forming machine. They are widely used in agriculture, construction, industry and our daily life. In this way, we achieve the reuse of waste plastic recycling and the purpose of protecting our environment..
The line can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.

Crusher

Metal Detector
Check the metal before material into crusher machine,

Floating washer/Sedimentation tank

With lifting rotation. The impurities sinking at the bottom of the floating washer/sedimentation tank can be easily discharged.
Friction washer
2 types: Low-speed friction washer & High-speed friction washer.
High-speed friction washer: By injecting high pressure water and fast screw rotation to remove dirties and oil from fims/woven bags.
Low-speed friction washer: By low speed rotation by screw.Play the role of cleaning multiple sides and conveying.
De-watering machine/Centrifugal dehydrator
