Product description:

The crushing sponge machine is mainly used for the crushing process of the sponge trim. The pulverized sponge granules can be used as a cushion for a sofa cushion, a toy, or for making a regenerated sponge. Replacing the mesh screen allows the finished product to be adjusted between 3 and 20 mm. Can be combined with other equipment into a production line.

The blade of the important parts of this machine is made of heat treatment of stainless steel. It has good hardness and wear resistance and strong impact resistance, which greatly prolongs the service life of the blade and is suitable for long-term mass production.
