High speed ABA film blowing machine
Product Application
3-layers ABA co-extrusion blowing film machine enjoys special advantages and can produce both HDPE and LDPE Film. it improve the physical toughness of film through multi-layers co-extrusion. with one main extruder providing material for outer and inner layer. it reduces one man extruder configurations and achieves energy saving and low consumption.
Main Features
1) with 360 degree rotary die to make the film thickness more even
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts ,electric parts and operation parts.
3) Adopt auto loader to suck the raw material much more easier
4) with double rewinder to slit the film two sides and rewinding each sides to be sheet roll film.
5) with air ring cooling ,for the film size it is decided by water ring size.
